CLUB HISTORY

The Belmont Junior Football Club has been around for almost 100 years since it was first established in 1927. The club is one of the largest in the district and had over 300 players registered from ages 5 to 18 years of age in the 2022 season.The Belmont Junior Football Club has been recognised by the Western Australia Football Commission and the Perth Demons Football Club as a powerful club that has produced several AFL stars such as Chris Mayne (Fremantle Dockers), Michael Johnson (Fremantle Dockers) and past Fremantle player Dion Woods. As well as WAFL players and former Sandover medalist Brodie Anderson. Currently, the Club has several players in the Demons Development Squads, and we are optimistic about their football potential.We are located at Peet Park in Kewdale on the corner of Sydenham and Armadale RoadsLIFE MEMBERSLife Membership of the Belmont Junior Football Club recognises the significant achievement of those that have played 150 games for the club or provided outstanding services to the club as a volunteer on the committee or in a team role such as coach etc.Life Membership may be granted in accordance with Clause 25of the Belmont Junior Football Club constitution.Only one life membership may be granted in any one year.
